NORAND is an innovative French manufacturer specializing in analogue synthesizers. The company was founded by engineer and live musician Mathieu Frohlich, who was already a developer at Squarp Instruments and aimes to bridge the gap between studio and live performance with versatile and innovative instruments. NORAND conceives its synthesizers as a means of creative expression and source of inspiration.
NORAND already celebrated its successful debut with the tremendous analogue synthesizer Mono and now continues with the brand-new Eurorack module Morphos.
Highly innovative and unique features such as 3D morphing or contextual modulation are just some of the forward-looking features NORAND offers to enrich the global synthesizer market.

Norand Mono is an analogue monophonic synthesizer with extraordinarily versatile and performance-oriented digital control. At the heart of the compact synthesizer is a fully analogue signal path with a unique, contextual modulation concept: virtually all synthesis parameters have their own (audio rate) LFO, attack and decay envelope. Accordingly, Norand Mono opens up a sound variety far beyond that of a typical mono synthesizer.

The concept is extended with a very flexible sequencer, which functions as a note sequencer and allows complex parameter automation.
